This digital download includes all the content needed for a 6-session religious trauma support group. Its purpose is to create a safe place for group members to learn about religious trauma, share about their experiences, and start healing. Each session will include an optional pre-session activity, topical educational content, group sharing time questions, and some brief recovery tools to practice in between sessions. Also included is a list of suggestions for group facilitators regarding group size, timing, and group management.
