Drawing from a holistic and relational lens, we will work to integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, trauma-informed, empowerment, and strengths-based approaches. Additionally we may utilize EMDR and somatic therapy for trauma processing if desired.
On my personal journey, I've found helpful ways to work through through my own deconstruction, spirituality, grief, and life challenges, and I'm dedicated to offering non-judgmental support. My hope is that my clients discover their own path to healing through validation, supportive reflection, and meaningful insight in a safe and accepting space.
