My approach is LGBTQ+ affirming and feminist informed. I'm personally non-religious and I am open about that in my therapy work as I feel it is helpful to be clear about this, as many people report feeling harmed in the past by counselors who were not clear about their religious perspective. While I'm non-religious, I am very welcoming and open to whatever path you are on, whether it is to reclaim religion in a healthier form, explore spirituality without religion, or leave religion altogether.
