More About Me
I own and operate a Supervised Private Practice in Chandler, Arizona, specializing in Religious Trauma, Deconstruction, and OCD. I utilize Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with clients.
Finding a balance of effective, clinical work and therapist-client rapport is essential to how I show up in the therapy room. I value doing my own therapeutic work while also helping folks navigate, heal, and recover from their painful and oftentimes traumatic religious experiences. As an Autistic person, I value neuro-affirming care and creating a space for neurodiverse clients to show up in whichever way feels most comfortable and authentic for them.
My personal background includes childhood religious indoctrination in a Baptist Church setting, along with having attended various Evangelical churches throughout adolescence and into young adulthood. Other expressions of Christianity I have experienced are Non-Denominational, Calvinist, and Presbyterian. I'm well familiar with church youth programs like A.W.A.N.A., VBS, and middle school/high school youth groups.
If you think we might be a good therapeutic fit, please feel free to reach out via email or the contact form on my website!
