Additional Info:

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist based out of Colorado, who provides telehealth sessions to adults in most states. I'm a trauma specialist and feminist therapist, who uses a collaborative and compassion based approach to providing therapy. I integrate several evidence-based treatment approaches to support survivors of religious trauma and spiritual abuse, including EMDR therapy, IFS informed therapy, feminist therapy, and attachment theories. I'm a secular therapist, and have extensive experience working with clients who grew up in the Catholic church and Evangelical Christian traditions. Many of my clients also seek therapy for help with navigating family and relationship conflicts, identity and values exploration, gender role expectations, and lifelong pressures to be perfect. I have openings for in person and telehealth sessions.
