I provide EMDR & somatic therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, difficult relationships, betrayal trauma, estrangement, abuse recovery, spiritual harm, trauma, CPTSD & PTSD. Therapy with me feels broader than just talking; we'll pay attention to the painful things held in your body, too. My clients are often surprised that we don't even have to talk about trauma to start the healing process! I love working with people as they experience stuck places releasing through EMDR, old narratives exhaling under new insights, and overwhelmed bodies processing through gentle somatic work.

I am a person of deep faith, and I enjoy working with clients who want to explore spiritual parts of their experiences or figure out how to rebuild a faith shattered by trauma. But I also enjoy working with people who hold other values and beliefs - and people who don’t want spirituality in the therapy space at all. You are welcome exactly as you are: no pressure to be anything else. My goal is simply for you to find the help that you are looking for.
