My approach is inclusive and trauma informed. You can expect a safe, collaborative space where your story is valued, and healing is supported with compassion and focused on empowering you in your healing journey. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from modalities such as Attachment-based, Compassion Focused, EMDR, Emotionally Focused, Family Systems, Interpersonal, Person-Centered, ACT, and Somatic. You don’t have to hold all of this by yourself anymore. You don't have to act like you're fine. You get to be honest here. You get a space to say the things you've never told anyone and be met with kindness.
