If you've been navigating religious trauma, you don't have to do it alone. Maybe you're experiencing obsessions, compulsions, or disordered eating, or maybe your depression and anxiety have become too much. I've been there, and I decided to study the effects of not being believed, of being lied to and isolated so I could support others through the process.
My approach is personalized, meeting you right where you are. I take embodiment and childhood attachment theory into consideration and offer as much psychoeducation as I can so you can make sense of your experiences and choose new perspectives and ways of relating.
