I have both professional and personal experience with coercive control in a religious group context, so I understand the disconnect from self that can occur in these types of environments. My goal is to assist in establishing a relationship with the body, mind, spirit--to have access to all parts of the self in order to know what it is my clients want with their one wild and precious life. I see the work as part restoration and reclamation, to establish self-attunement, access autonomy, to heal, and to flourish, authentically.
