As a therapist with my own lived experience of religious trauma, it is my desire to create spaces of safety and care as you move through the challenges and complexities of healing. I offer individual therapeutic support, as well as a virtual religious trauma support group. Here, you can come together with others who have experienced religious trauma or spiritual abuse, and find a supportive community to process experiences and discover new ways to heal and recover from the harm that was experienced.
