I value co-creating a secure, trusting relationship with my clients to form the foundation for delving deeply into their inner worlds. Together, we focus on making sense of how past experiences have shaped present reactions and patterns, while also working on skills to support emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and self-compassion.

I have lived experience in Catholic and Evangelical spaces. I have professional experience and training in supporting clients who have experienced religious trauma/spiritual abuse and other high demand/high control systems. Clients I work with are often deconstructing their beliefs, examining how their upbringing in these systems has impacted them, and navigating difficult relationships with their family of origin.
