Together, we focus on making sense of how past experiences have shaped present reactions and patterns, while also working on skills to support emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and self-compassion.
I have lived experience in Catholic and Evangelical spaces. I have professional experience and training in supporting clients who have experienced religious trauma/spiritual abuse and other high demand/high control systems. Clients I work with are often deconstructing their beliefs, examining how their upbringing in these systems has impacted them, and navigating difficult relationships with their family of origin.
