Hi! I'm Lizzie! I specialize in religious trauma, "church hurt," chronic illness, grief, anxiety, and medical trauma. With lived experience navigating disability and a background spanning both ministry and therapy, I hold a deep, nuanced appreciation for the ways faith, identity, body, and mental health intersect. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and aim to create welcoming spaces for all.

Whether you are actively deconstructing, reconstructing, questioning, grieving, or building something totally new, therapy with me is a warm, direct, and shame-free space. Raised PC(USA) with years spent in Southern Baptist and Cooperative Baptist spaces, alongside holding a Master of Divinity and Master of Social Work, I understand firsthand both the beauty and the real harm faith communities can hold.

My approach is relational, curious, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, ACT, narrative, and somatic therapies to help you process your story, unpack complex patterns, and build practical tools for growth and resilience on your own terms.
