I am a non-binary recovering Catholic who loves working with folks needing to individuate from their families, cultures, & unhealthful conditioning. LGBTQIA++ clients are my focus, but I welcome all doing this work. I often see people working with going no/low contact with family and groups that they need to have space from and welcome you making supported and autonomous decisions for what you need at this time.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, who also works with Depth, Internal Family Systems and Relational therapy to assist clients to regulate their nervous systems, feel embodied healthful connection, and to process the stress, shame and trauma that they have often endured for years.
