As a person who was born and raised with strict faith traditions, went on to pursue full-missionary work in their early adult years, and who survived conversion therapy, I have lived experience with high control religious environments and practices. As a queer provider I approach therapy from a compassionate, relational, person-centered perspective. I recognize that a lot of things feel particularly heavy these days and I’m committed to working with you to create a space that feels as warm and safe as possible, while de-pathologizing normal responses to a world on fire.
