About Me
I support clients in trauma recovery, religious deconstruction, and reconstruction, and navigating belonging and identity.
As someone who has lived in the hyphen, I know the heartache of belonging everywhere and no where at once and navigating a changing religous identity. My hope for you is that you can be fiercely kind to yourself as you move towards a rooted sense of located-ness and connection.
My personal experience informs my work as someone who has grown up as a TCK/ MK/ and PK, deeply rooted in a missionary community and ministry setting. My practice centers BIPOC experiences (particularly that of Asian/ Asian-American/ Asian Diaspora). I use narrative therapy, somatic therapy, internal family systems that is trauma informed and attachment informed. I practice from a liberatory and anti oppressive lens.
