My therapeutic approach blends somatic, expressive arts, gestalt, and psychodynamic influences, while remaining in conversation with my clients about what does--and does not--work for them in a therapy relationship. For clients with a valid prescription from a medical provider, we may consider incorporating cannabis and/or ketamine into our work together within an intentional, relational container. I also have experience helping folks process past psychedelic experiences from ceremonial or recreational contexts.

Naturally, my personal background informs my work as well. I was raised in a family with a mix of LDS/Mormon, Southern Baptist, and non-religious spiritual influences. I have lived experience as a member of the LGBTQIA2S+, polyamory, and kink communities, and I identify as neurodivergent (AuDHD) and disabled. Outside of working hours, I gravitate toward visual arts, music, low-maintenance houseplants, burritos, and other people's pets. I look forward to supporting you through part of your journey!
