I utilize trauma informed practices like TFCBT, EMDR, IFS and Narrative Therapy to the work that I do. I am a fully virtual therapist that works with clients throughout the Southeast (NC, SC, GA & FL).

I’m here to support adults navigating anxiety (like people-pleasing and perfectionism), trauma, and spirituality struggles, including religious trauma and deconstruction.
