I utilize trauma informed practices like TFCBT, EMDR, IFS and Narrative Therapy to the work that I do. I am a fully virtual therapist that works with clients throughout the Southeast (NC, SC, GA & FL).
This is a space where you can feel truly seen and safe. I’m here to support adults navigating anxiety (like people-pleasing and perfectionism), trauma, and spirituality struggles, including religious trauma and deconstruction. Wherever you are on your healing journey, I’ll meet you there and help you grow into the person you’re meant to be.
As your therapist, I’m here to support you in feeling understood and valued while you navigate your journey to becoming your best self—whatever that looks like for you.
