Whether you are questioning faith, grieving community loss, rebuilding trust in yourself, or trying to understand how past religious experiences still impact you today, you do not have to navigate it alone.

I also deeply believe healing does not require becoming a different person. Often, it involves reconnecting with the parts of yourself that had to go quiet in order to survive.
