Hi, I’m Stephanie. I help adults recover from the impact of religious and relational trauma so they can feel safer in their bodies, trust themselves again, and live with more ease and authenticity.

This work is personal to me. I know what it’s like to carry shame that wasn’t yours, to question your instincts, and to slowly lose touch with yourself while trying to do the “right” thing. That lived understanding shapes how I show up in the therapy room, with care, steadiness, and deep respect for your pace.

I believe in a world where you no longer have to carry inherited shame or outdated belief systems. A world where you feel grounded in your body, confident in your choices, and connected to who you truly are… not who you were taught to be.
